Designed and manufactured in Australia, utilising the latest technologies in open cell foam 3D profiling, the pyramid profile of the foam effectively doubles the filters outside surface area without increasing its overall size. Die Cut Foam Seal:
A durable, 13mm foam die cut seal, designed for a firm fit, is used to ensure no dust or debris can enter the airbox under the filter’s support frame.
The high quality of gasket foam used along with the substantial dimensions of the seal reduces the chances of shrinking, stretching and tearing to allow for optimal fit over a longer period.
Specially blended adhesives used to assemble our filters are unaffected by fuels, oils, cleaning chemicals or heat.
