Aircraft‑grade 6060 T1–T5 aluminium is used to manufacture our Radiator Guards, delivering the perfect balance of lightweight strength and long‑term durability.
The Rad Guard fits directly onto mounting points already on the bike — absolutely NO cutting required. Unlike most guards that sit flush against the soft radiator core, ours is engineered to sit 8–10mm off the core, creating a crucial impact buffer zone.
The rigid frame locks the expanded mesh in place, ensuring that hard hits from stones, debris, or anything kicked up on the road are absorbed before they can reach your radiator. This same rigid frame also acts as a structural brace, helping prevent the radiator core from being crushed in the event of a side impact.
The expanded mesh is lightweight, extremely strong, and does NOT restrict airflow, ensuring your bike runs cool while staying protected.
